MILL VALLEY, Calif. – November 11, 2014FileThis, the digital mailbox and document fetching service, today is excited to announce the availability of FileThis built with Amazon Cloud Drive. Turning Amazon’s Cloud Drive into a digital filing cabinet – saving its users from paper overload – FileThis automatically fetches, smart-labels, and files documents from more than 400 institutions in the United States. Consumers can ditch the clutter now, and sign up for FileThis built with Amazon Cloud Drive.

For the first time, third-party apps are being integrated with Amazon Cloud Drive, and FileThis brings its award-winning automated document fetching service and organizer to the file and photo storage service. Now, Amazon users can access important household documents, online statements, and bills from bank accounts, credit cards, insurance and utility companies without requiring repeated log in to each vendor site individually.

“We are excited to expand the ways consumers can use FileThis, and are thrilled to include Amazon Cloud Drive as the latest service we deliver documents to,” said Brian Berson, CEO and co-founder of FileThis. “Now, millions of Amazon customers can use FileThis as their personal assistant for all their online statements and have them delivered to one location automatically. Every statement, every month.”

Amazon Cloud Drive users can easily create a FileThis account via web, iOS, or Android app within minutes, using Amazon Cloud Drive as the storage destination. FileThis then goes out automatically and securely fetches up to three years’ worth of statements. The consistently named documents will be delivered as fully text-searchable PDF files to Amazon Cloud Drive.

FileThis is free for users for the first six connections to more than 400 U.S. vendors, including financial institutions, insurance companies, and utilities. For more connections, FileThis offers different plans, including: $2 per month for up to 12 connections that run weekly; or, $5 per month for up to 30 connections that run daily.
